Domain Name Registration
topEvery organisation using the internet needs a domain name to identify where to find its website and where to send emails. For example xyz pty ltd might be identified as xyz.com.au. Once this is setup xyz has the ability to create a website at www.xyz.com.au and setup email addresses such as harry@xyz.com.au. Domain names must be unique worldwide and be related to your business name or product/service that you provide. We can check the availability of domain names and register yours from as little as $66.00 for 2 years (for a standard .com.au domain).
Web Site Development
topOnce you have registered you domain name you will want to develop your own website to tell the world who you are and what you do. Later you may want to add commerce applications to sell products and collect payments. You can do this yourself or use our experienced developers at very reasonable hourly rates. A basic website describing your business with 4 pages of information can be developed in as little as 6 hours. Of course more complex sites with database access and more information will take a little more time to setup. For clients hosting their site with us we will conduct a free design session and provide a design brief and a fixed price quotation for the initial site.
DNS Hosting
topOnce you have registered your domain name, you will need to tell the world how to find your web site and where to send emails that are addressed to you.
We can manage this service for you regardless of whether you are hosting your website with us or another provider.

Email Services
topEmail is an ever increasingly important part of the way we do business today. It is important for your customers and suppliers to recognise your email address and the best way is to have your company name in the address domain.
If you chose to use one of our DNS hosting options we can also provide you with a range of alternatives for email.
Web Site Hosting
topYou now have a domain name, email addresses and have developed a web site. The next step is to put the web site on a computer that has permanent access to the internet. This computer has a unique identifier (IP address) that is recorded in the DNS information for your domain.
Our standard hosting package provides 20Mb of disk space and up to 100 Mb of data transfer from the site per month. Our extended hosting package provides 200Mb of disk space And up to 300 Mb of data transfer from the site per month.
You can host a web site developed by us or chose to host your own site (in which case we provide you with file transfer access to upload your own changes).

Disk Space and Bandwidth
topSpecial pricing can be determined on a case by case basis for clients needing more than our standard 200 Mb of space and 300 Mb of data transfer.
Database Applications
topOnce you have established your web site as an information source describing your organisation and products and services you may need to start collecting information about your clients and providing some of them with special services such as ordering stock, viewing prices, viewing stock holdings etc.
We have a team that is experienced in custom building sites that allow you to setup authorised users with access to special functions. Some of the facilities that we have already provided to our clients include:

We specialise in building solutions that meet your needs. After an initial scoping project we will provide you with a fixed price quotation for building the agreed site.
The cost of hosting the site starts at $44 setup and $880 per year and will vary depending on the amount of information being transferred and the number of transactions that are processed per minute.
Our "user pays" pricing methodology means that you only pay for the capacity you need. It provides a low cost entry point while giving you the ability to continue to grow your business.
System Backups and recovery
topAs your web site becomes a more important part of the way you do business, it will become more important that the site is constantly available, is backed up regularly and can be recovered in the case of an emergency.
All of the sites that we host are backed up regularly to an offsite location. In addition to this we perform daily and weekly backups.
In the event that there is a problem with the web server or internet connection, your web site will continue to operate from our remote location with minimal disruption. Once services are restored, the site will be switched back to the primary site.
Internet payment gateway
topWe have an established payment gateway with St George Bank. To trade electronically all you need to do is establish a Merchant Account with St George. This merchant account is cleared nightly into a bank account that you nominate with any major Australian Bank.
Our payment gateway uses web server certification to provide SSL encryption between your customers and the web server. A padlock appears on the web browser to indicate that information is encrypted. Your customers have confidence that their private information is being protected.
