Rob
Rob is the Managing Director of Evolving solutions and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Studies from the South Australian Institute of Technology. Rob has worked in the IT industry since 1985 and has a broad range of skills having worked as a Computer Operator, Programmer, Systems Analyst as well as in a number of management and consulting roles. Rob's specialties include Project Management, Strategic Planning, electronic commerce and Systems Implementation.
Gavin
Gavin "liked the product so much he bought the company" back in 1993. He is the managing director of RCS and also a director of Evolving Solutions. Gavin has an Associate Diploma in Computer Studies as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has worked in the computing industry since 1980. His achievements include designing, project managing and implementing the SA Housing Trust Rent Management System which won an Australian Productivity Council Gold Award as well as rolling out many RCS implementations including the highly successful "inRent" solution and Harris Scarfe Credit Card system.
Trevor
Trevor joined Evolving Solutions in 2002, previously Trevor worked for Spherion as an instructor after completing his Certificate 4 in Programing Technology. Specialties include WEB POS and Linux applications. Trevor is repsonsible to keeping the system running smoothly on a daily basis and is often involved in a number of R&D projects at any one time.
Karl
Karl has worked in the computing industry for over 20 years and joined RCS in 1984. Karl has an Associate Diploma in computing studies and previously worked for other software developers as a programmer and designer. Areas of specialty are back office processes which include General Ledger, Purchasing, Creditors, Stock & Debtors.
Marianne
Marianne joined EVS/RCS in June 2006 and provides the on site Training for Retail and Logistics for new hosted clients. She has over 30 years retail experience as a Sales consultant and retail store manager and has a certificate in First Line Management
Kerry
Kerry has an Associate Diploma in accounting as well as a Commerce Degree with a minor in information systems from the University of South Australia (UNISA). Kerry has been using our system for 10 years and now specialises in managing implementations, keeping user manuals up to date & providing training & support to our valued clients.
Tom
Tom joined RCS as a Senior Software Consultant in July 2007. Tom completed his bachelor of applied Science in Computer Studies at the South Australian Institute of Technology (Uni SA) and has 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has experience in both retail and manufacturing having written and maintained systems for Radio Rentals and Mitsubishi Motors Australia and having performed the role of Customer Support Consultant for Origin Australia, serving customers such as Philips Electronics, Munich Reinsurance and Rentlo.
Peter
Peter graduated from Uni SA in 1984 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Studies. He has written systems for many customers in many areas including the mining industry, medical, baking & distribution, packaging, manufacturing, retail and warehousing. After contracting for RCS for several years he joined RCS permanently in 1998. Areas of specialty include warehousing & distribution, POS and WEB POS.
Pauline
Pauline joined RCS in September 1993 just 3 months before Gavin decided to purchase the company - and what a treasure he inherited! Pauline originally hails from Northern Tasmania and has had many years experience in office management in various industries, as well as a few years as a Dispensary Assistant in Pharmacy. Pauline is our First Point of Contact for RCS and Evolving Solutions and handles all aspects of the office management.

Peter has worked for RCS & Evolving Solutions for since 1999. He has been working in the computing industry since 1983 predominately for retail organisations. Peter's specialties include Debtors & Purchasing.
